Through quality planning, we have an extensive quality management system. Starting from initial design and development, through the purchase of raw materials, to production, inspection, storage, all the way to packing and transporting the finished product.

At the same time, we have our own physical and chemical laboratory. Each batch of incoming materials are tested and analyzed to ensure that each batch is of the highest quality raw materials.
In the process, we've imported high precision measuring and testing equipment, and established a metrology testing room to ensure the accuracy of the process measurements.

Automatic controls specific to our products have been developed and implemented in the manufacturing process, such as:

1. noise control (multi-frequency and peaks),

2. structure control of the material

3. crack detection

4. detection of micro burns for inner and outer rings.

Our process includes measurement by means of eddy currents, to detect microcracks and ensure the hardness of the rollers.
